Suite Maintenance

Owners are responsible for the interior maintenance of their own units, with the exception of common property utilities (i.e. heating pipes).  In suite plumbing and electrical problems are the responsibility of the owner and except in exceptional situations, building maintenance personnel should not be called.

Owners must remember that they CAN have a positive impact on the overall costs for water, sewer, power and gas.  Fixtures within the unit must be maintained so as not to be wasteful of (particularly) water and result in higher sewer costs.  Utilities, in the norm consume over 50% of the annual operating budget for our property and properly maintained taps and toilets will reduce the ultimate cost for the owners.
