Visitor Parking

VISITOR:  For the purposes for these rules, a visitor is a person who parks in a visitor stall up to 24 hours and is not an owner, a renter, or otherwise living in the unit on a full-time or part-time basis.

The following rules and regulation have been established regarding visitor parking to ensure a fair distribution of the visitor parking provided on the common property. 

v Resident parking is strictly prohibited in the visitor parking areas.  Resident vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense and fines will also be levied in accordance with by-law 4.1.3. 

v Visitors to the condominium may park in the visitor parking area provided they sign in the parking log provided in each lobby for up to 24 hours. 

v Visitors requiring the use of visitor parking for a period greater than 4 days must receive permission from the site office. (780)428-1332. 

v Any vehicle parked in posted no parking zones (emergency access lanes or driveways) will be tagged and towed as required by City of Edmonton Bylaw. 

v Parking in the loading docks is restricted to 15 minutes for the purpose of unloading groceries or other small items. Moving vans are allowed for the period arranged with the   site office.

 Failure to observe any of the above rules will result in your vehicle being tagged and towed.
