Insurance


The Condominium Corporation is responsible for carrying adequate insurance on the buildings, parking garage and common areas of each Tower.  Each Owner is responsible for any damages or loss to the interior of their Unit whether it be through fire, theft or other mischance.  Individual owner s may also be held responsible for damage to neighbouring suites, or common areas: i.e. flooding etc.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL OWNERS SECURE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS INSURANCE THROUGH THEIR OWN INSURANCE AGENT AND THAT YOU URGE YOUR TENANTS ( if appropriate) TO SECURE A TENTANTS PACKAGE.

Owners who intend to rent their unit must also be aware that it is required that the tenants receive a copy of the Bylaws and they are responsible to abide by these Bylaws while living in the Building.  Owners are reminded that they are responsible for the behaviour of their tenants ( or guests) and any damages, charges, Bylaw infraction fines etc. will be applied to the unit.
