Owner managed units

If you do not reside in your unit and in fact, lease/rent your unit(s), you are required, under the terms of the Alberta Condominium Property Act and the Condominium Corporation Bylaws, to submit a damage deposit of $1000.00 for each unit you are leasing/renting.  The deposit(s) are returned to you upon sale or you residing in the unit(s).
